"I have told this story to my parents (who were with me but didn't believe me) and others over the years, but finally gave up telling others.
When I was about 4, I was traveling with Mama of course my parents were startled and stopped the car. They didn't see anything (the sparkly twirly thing disappeared) but said I must have seen a satellite.
About 17 years later I went to see "Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind" with friends. It was an enjoyable movie, right up until the Mothership rose up over the top of Devil's Tower. I burst out in tears and sobbed uncontrollably - I felt both tremendously sad and deliriously happy at the same time - a kind of "terrible ecstasy." I tried telling my friends "That's what I saw when I was 4!" but of course they thought I was nuts and had no idea what I was talking about.
Now, I know that Close Encounters was a fictional movie. And maybe I did see a satellite when I was 4. But the "click" in my brain when I first saw that scene in the movie was more like triggering of a long-hidden memory. (I still get that feeling when I watch the movie.) Later Incident: Somehow, I believe this incident is connected to the first one described. I lived in Queens, NY and had several visitation memories from that location as an adult. The one I will discuss happened around 1993. I woke up in the morning and there was a stillness in the room that had me feel uneasy. I had two dogs at the time and neither one was in the room with me which was strange. I stepped off the bed and everything that had happened to me the night before came back in a rush and extremely detailed. I woke up to see very alien-like people entering my bedroom. I was not afraid at first because the first person who entered the room was my general Dr. I saw on regular basis. The second he appeared to come in, he stepped to the side and there were several aliens who also entered. I immediately became scared and the next thing I remember was being pushed up against the wall in my room and one of them was trying to exam/look for something through my private area. They were 4 or 5 of them in the room and by their voices, some were female. They all seemed to be some type of Dr/medical staff and wore white type clothes. The ones off to the side were about 6ft, very slender and almost angelic looking with minor interest in me. The one examining me was short, very rough, wearing a hood, about 4'5". I kept trying to see his face but he was trying to hide himself from me though he appeared the most non-human looking. I had an encounter with a UFO when I was 10 years old. It was in school and was playing football on the playground when I looked up and there was this craft. It looked just like the Lunar Module with windows going around the bottom of it. It was hovering in the air when a low black cloud came across and covered it. I told my mother that I had seen the Apollo coming back to earth because that is what it looked like. When I was 14 years old I was with a group of mates and we were playing in the nearby woods next to a golf course. We went onto the the course and sat on one of the tee-off bunkers. It was starting to get dark so we decided to head back home when one of the boys says, "what`s that up there"? When we looked up, there were three lights, blue, red and green in a triangle shape and it was not moving. We were too scared to move and we just sat there looking at it. It seemed like an age, when one the lads says it`s lights were dimming. The lights were not dimming they were getting smaller. I realized it was rising and as soon as it was out of sight we legged it and run towards the local school because it was lit up. We would not go back into the woods.
When I got home I told my parents what had happened, but they sort of ignored me. That`s when my mother believed my story.

It was that big it looked as if it was low and it was overcast as well, so it had to be under the clouds. Many people in my neighborhood did not like the idea of embracing anything new. In fact, when I started technical school in Eleventh Grade for Computer Programming, most of the children did not care to get involved in the new trades of that time.
When I graduated from High School I got a job in the computer field. I was so sure that technology was the answer to my generation getting higher paying and far easier jobs than labor work in the Steel Mills that I set up a meeting with parents and the technical school community. Many of the parents came to the meeting and listen to the presenter. Once done, one of the parents said that "Your presentation was nice but we want our children to go to college." Then they started talking about the "Man" trying to get their children into these poor jobs while their children take the better jobs. Ten years later, the Steel Mills shut down, the jobs went away. Their children did not work.
These parents missed the boat because they could not understand that they lived in a technical oriented society. Their children just like I did could attend college while working in a trade or technical job. The only thing that exists is what the parents already know, from the 1920s to the 1970s. They can't understand that things in society change with time. They were not mentally capable of learning anything new or adapt to change. The Mills went away and so did their incomes.
Now I am finding out that this is a worldwide human characteristic not just a characteristic found in Mr. Powell and my old community.
NOT BELIEF BUT FACT!
I just laugh at the people who tell me that I am wrong about aliens living here on Earth. I laugh even more when people tell me that UFO do not exist. I saw an alien. I saw their ships going about their business in Pennsylvania. I have taken pictures of their ships. Then we start taking pictures of all parts of the sky. If we are near power plants and high power line we pay even closure attention to these areas. Kathy and I took pictures of other activities in a given area just to find out that we took pictures of UFOs.
