Astronaut Edgar MitchelEdger Mitchell tells FOX News that ALIENS do exist in a phone interview on national television.Mitchell says he has known aliens existed for 60 years. He was told by what he calls the old timers that were hushed up by the government. They wanted to get this info off their chest on their death beds Mitchell says. Most were ranchers and locals that were involved in the Roswell UFO crash back in 1947. Mitchell claims these people were hushed up by the government, "they were threatened" Mitchell says. These people just wanted to confirm that the ROSWELL crash was real and the government did know it was an alien craft.Mitchell also says that he had gone to the Pentagon and demanded answers from an intelligence officer at the Joint Chief of Staff. The officer says he doesn't know anything about the event but he would find out. The officer later contacted Mitchell and told him he was right but he could not gather any more information about the event. Mitchell refused to mention any names during the interview commenting "I don't care what they think, you want my story I'm telling you."
