Flying saucer sightings? Reports of three-foot-tall aliens? Secret memos about suspicious objects recovered near Roswell, N.M.?
They're all included in the thousands of declassified government documents posted to the FBI's new online "Vault."
Earlier this month, the FBI announced its revamped online reading room that contains more than 2,000 government files. While the documents had been previously available to the public, not all had been digitized and easily searchable online.
Among the so-called "X-files" are once-classified reports dating back to the 1940s and 1950s detailing Air Force investigations into "flying discs" and the "bodies of human shape" discovered inside them.
In one report from March 1950, Guy Hottel, a special agent with the FBI, said he received information from an Air Force investigator about flying saucers found in New Mexico.
"They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50-feet in diameter," he wrote. "Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall, dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner very similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots."

The informant, whose name is redacted in the file, said he thought the saucer was spotted in New Mexico because a high-powered government radar in the area interfered with the saucer's controlling mechanism.

Other reports once marked "restricted" and "confidential" detail sightings of mysterious flashing lights and other "unidentified aerial objects."
Last month, the British government opened up its own real-life X-files, which included thousands of pages of UFO-related documentation. And, at the time, UFO supporters said they believed the U.S. should follow suit.

"We're absolutely on a fast-track to full disclosure," said Michael Luckman, a UFO supporter and director of the New York Center for Extraterrestrial Research. "The U.S. should take a leadership role. Unfortunately, we've held back....This cover-up has gone on for more than 60 years."
In the past few months, he said, not only have institutions and countries around the world pushed for UFO disclosure, but military officers here in the U.S. have asked the U.S. government to open its files.
While UFO believers may think that momentum is building for the U.S. to open up X-files of their own, the public at large may not agree.
In November, a Denver ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission failed at the voting booth. The measure, which would have established a seven-person panel to study UFOs and evidence of extraterrestrial visits, managed to capture only about 18 percent of the vote.

The planes were used for high altitude, all-weather intelligence gathering and flew over the Soviet Union, China, North Vietnam and Cuba in the 50s, 60s and 70s.
Official maps usually only show a disused mine at the site or a large area of restricted airspace.
George Washington University published the location in a report on the secret history of the U-2.

8) Como ya se ha dicho, est'a estad'isticamente demostrado y era el criterio del Dr. J. Allen Hynek en su experiencia investigando denuncias de OVNI en Estados Unidos, los pilotos NO son los mejores testigos, y en muchos casos son los peores. El caso del lanzamiento del sat'elite Cosmos-194 el 3 de Diciembre de 1967, y la denuncia de "OVNI" del piloto de un IL-18 (Ilyushin-18) es un ejemplo elocuente de cu'an malo puede ser un piloto como testigo. One evening I was sitting right beside my bedroom window playing video games with my little brother (7 years old at the time). The window was about 1 foot away from my head. It was dark outside...so it must have been after 8 p.m. Suddenly, I noticed a green ("slime green") light/orb...a ball of light outside the window about the size of a volley ball come into view in the corner of my eye, from the right side of the window...about 1 foot away from my face! Startled, I pushed my brother back away from the window. My first thought was that someone was shining a flashlight into my bedroom window. The light did not hurt my eyes and I thought it was absolutely beautiful to look at. I was not afraid....I was in awe. The orb moved slowly towards the middle of the window in one straight line, then slightly circled in small circles as if it was trying to focus or "looking in on" my brother and I...then it stopped completely for about 2 seconds. It was definitely some kind of intelligence behind it and we felt like we were being watched. Then all the lights when out inside the house. The electricity was gone. I called my mother who was watching TV in the living room. After about 2-4 seconds, the orb flew up and out towards the left of the house. I looked out the window immediatelly and it was gone. It did not light up the night sky nor did I see any trace of it anywhere. It had just disappeared....the electricity went right back on after this. My dad and I immediately went outside to see if there was anything there and we found nothing. No trace of anything. A few days later, -during the day-, my little brother saw another orb/ball of light at the SAME window. I was not present to witness this event. (My brother will report his story to you in his own words in the next few days with some video he has made of this incident.) We have carried our experiences with us all these years because we did not know where to turn. We tried telling our story to family members and close friends, but we were pretty much laughed at. We dismissed everything, thinking it was ball lightning, but today we know it was definitely NOT ball lightning. My brother and I are now living in Germany and since 1991 have not had any more encounters or experiences of such kind.

Egyptian Archaeologist Admits That Pyramids Contain Ufo Technology

In a shock statement, head of the Cairo University Archaeology Department, Dr. Ala Shaheen has told an audience that there might be truth to the theory that aliens helped the ancient Egyptians build the oldest of pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza.On being further questioned by Mr. Marek Novak, a delegate from Poland as to whether the pyramid might still contain alien technology or even a UFO with its structure, Dr. Shaheen, was vague and replied "I can not confirm or deny this, but there is something inside the pyramid that is 'not of this world'".
Delegates to the conference on ancient Egyptian architecture were left stunned, however Dr. Shaheen has refused to comment further or elaborate on his UFO and alien related statements.

The question is why?
Is this simply an exercise to generate further revenue through taxes or is this a cover up hiding something far worse?
The problem is, as usual, the Governments have an agenda, so they will lie and cheat to attain their goals.
If there is something bigger coming our way, global warming stops people from asking the right questions, most simply accepting that WE are the problem and the solution. This is simply brilliant, whilst we all squabble, each blaming the other for the problem, the Governments get richer through taxes and all the squabbling keeps us from the truth.
With the Governments hoarding food reserves, building underground cities (D.U.M.B), stockpiling ammunition, putting laws in place that restrict freedom of information, laws that remove our basic human rights (held in detention without trial), High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (H.A.A.R.P), and not forgetting the UFO conspiracy.... this all adds up to something very bad!
Is there an 'outside' threat from the stars, as stated by President Reagan, or more earthly threats like economic collapse or WWIII? What are they preparing for?
What is for sure the reasons behind global warming is not human intervention, if it is not ALL just misinformation!
We to demand that the Governments tell us the truth and remind them that they're here to SERVE the people NOT RULE us!
